SnapCash is a digital lending platform owned by Sterling Bank Nigeria, offering quick small loans to meet urgent financial needs at fair interest rates. In a market where speed often comes at the expense of trust, SnapCash set out to build a brand that could deliver both.
When the project began, SnapCash already had a growing online presence, but its visual language lacked direction. The social media pages felt scattered, with each post appearing to come from a different brand entirely. The goal was to develop a consistent visual system reflecting SnapCash's true identity: fast, simple, and reliable.
The design tone was built around three principles: clarity, speed, and trust. Deep purple conveyed security, warm accent tones introduced urgency, and clean geometric typography was chosen for readability and confidence. Social templates adapted across promotions, testimonials, loan education, and seasonal content while maintaining a distinct visual rhythm.
The work extended beyond the screen. Merchandise design explored t-shirts, tote bags, branded notepads, mugs, booths, and power banks, giving SnapCash a physical presence in everyday life. After implementation, engagement rates improved, user feedback showed stronger brand recall, and recognition came not just from ads but from people encountering the brand in physical use.
